This is the @ngliajobs.com website. Your use of this website is subject to the following term and conditions. You are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions every time you use our website.

General

In these terms and conditions:

‘Client’ means any person, company, organisation or firm, which purchases services from us.
‘Order Form’ means an order for Services on a form provided by us (in any format) and signed by a client.
‘Services’ means all recruitment products and services made available by us.
‘Contract Term’ means the full term specified in the ‘Order Form’.

Initiation of Services

We will not initiate the provision of services until an Order Form has been returned to us, in a document accepted by us, signed by the client.

Charges

Prices are guaranteed for the period stated on the Order Form. Jobs posted on angliajobs.com will remain live for the period agreed with the client. An extension of this period or extra jobs will be charged to the client as a new order.

Payments

All prices exclude VAT. All invoices are payable within 28 days. Late payments will entitle us to suspend provision of services.

Usage of this Site

If you are an employment agency or business (as defined by the Employment Agencies Act 1973) it is your responsibility to determine that job postings you place on angliajobs.com comply with your obligations under the Act and Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2004. You agree to abide by the Act and these regulations as they affect your business and all the advertisements you place on angliajobs.com.

We reserve the right to remove any information supplied by you from this website at our sole discretion, at any time and for any reason without being required to give any explanation.

Site Rules

We have rules governing the content and format of jobs posted on angliajobs.com. These are in place to ensure users who search the site obtain clear and informative facts.

Security and Passwords

Recruitment companies using this site will be issued with a user name and password. You are solely responsible for the security and proper use of your password, which should be kept confidential at all times and not disclosed to anyone. You must notify us immediately if you believe your password is known to someone else or may be used in an unauthorised way. We accept no liability for any unauthorised or improper use or disclosure of any password. We may deny access to a password if we reasonably believe that an unauthorised person is using it or that the user is breaching these terms and conditions.

Termination

The client may terminate the provision of Services under any Order Form by no less than 28 days notice.

We may terminate your registration and/or deny you access to the site or any part of it at any time in our absolute discretion and without any explanation or notification, if we feel you are using this site in an improper or unlawful way. We may also terminate the provision of services if the client becomes insolvent, cease to trade or goes into liquidation.

Liability

We accept no liability for any loss arising from your use of this website and we exclude any such liability, whether in contract, tort or otherwise. We hereby exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to this website and your use of it to the maximum extent permitted by law
